Start with the Complete Part Number
Use the full Siemens order number for each item, including its letters, digits and suffixes. Copy it from the product label, an existing order or the product information supplied for your project. A shortened reference can leave the required version unclear.
If you do not have the order number, send the product name and explain what you need. Clear photographs of an existing label can be sent by email or WhatsApp. Avoid changing or guessing missing characters.
State the Quantity for Each Item
For a request with several products, place each part number and its quantity on a separate line. Keep accessories and software licenses separate from the main device so each requested item can be identified.
